All Tariffs are based on 2 People per night including GST.
A $10 surcharge for a 1 night stay is applicable for bookings during peak times.

Arrival & Departures:
Check in time STRICTLY after : 2.00pm, please inform reception if you will be arriving after 7.00pm to organize your key pick up. Check out time STRICTLY by: 10.00am . Earlier "check-ins" and late "check-outs" may be possible but prior arrangements must be made with management.
Bookings:
All tariffs are subject to change without notice. Please register and pay the balance of your account upon arrival. Payment by personal cheque not accepted upon arrival.
Deposits & Accounts:
Xmas, Easter, Long Weekends, Melb cup weekend and Special Event bookings require a 50% deposit within 7 days of booking and the balance payable 60 days prior to arrival. At all other times a deposit of 1 nights stay is required within 7 days of the reservation being made to confirm your booking. Failure to do so will result in an automatic cancellation.
Cancellation Policy:
60 days notice is required on cancellation for Xmas, Easter, Long Weekends, Melb cup weekend, school holidays and special event bookings for a refund of deposit less $20.00 administration fee on each cabin booked and cancelled.
Cancellations less than 60 days from arrival date no refund (unless we can rebook the cabin for the same duration)
7 days notice is required at all other times for a refund on deposit less $20.00 administration fee on each cabin booked and cancelled.
DUTIES AND PARK RULES
A comprehensive set of duties of occupants and park rules applies with respect to all reservations. A copy of these are in your cabin please read upon arrival. All occupancy is conditional on conduct being in accordance with the duties and rules. Transgressions may result in the termination of the occupancy agreement. Inquiries prior to the making of a reservation are encouraged. The management is committed to the provision of a traditional and conservative family environment.
